Banh Mi Sandwich

Cuu Long offers the tastiest Banh Mi, the short baguette. The crispy and fragrant bread is soft and airy inside which compliments the stuffing. Combination of meat, pickled daikon and carrots, cilantro, green peppers are all fresh. The lemon grass chicken was refreshing and l’m ooking forward to trying out the other flavors.

Beef Brisket Pho

It takes 12 hours to simmer the delicious Pho beef broth. The signature dish offers various meat options, but the fatty brisket adds extra flavor into the soup. The clear broth offers various layers of flavor that come from beef bone, meat, vegetables and fruits

Summer Rolls

Perfectly wrapped summer rolls include fresh shrimp and vegetables. Homemade chili sauce tastes unique and compliments this refreshing appetizer.

Vermicelli Shrimp & Pork

Stir fried shrimp with garlic is the best part about this dish. Their Vermicelli noodles are thin noodles and they go great with the shrimp and pork toppings.

Pho is a national dish often served at home, on the streets and restaurants.

Pho consists of a Vietnamese soup with broth made out of beef, chicken, or vegetables and bunch of herbs. Rice noodles are served with the soup along with side plate of lime, basil, and bean sprouts for your taste.

Editor Notes

  • Whether you’re a first timer trying Vietnamese food or an expert, their food won’t disappoint you.
  • Some people like Pho soup to be a little bit on the sweet side, but Cuu Long’s Pho soup is not too sweet and can really enjoy the rich beef stock.
