Just like Risotto ai funghi in Italy is made with porcini mushroom, La Cucina’s Risotto Funghi’s broth is also made from porcini mushroom and whole mushroom. Hint of truffle oil and parmesan cheese add this al dente rice dish with a flavorful aroma. Our favorite in the house.

“House salad receives its name for the marinated tomato topping, which adds the right amount of salt and refreshing flavor. I can see the sensitive cooking of the chef with kind gesture of skin peeled tomato.”

Melanzane Parmigiana

“Eggplant together with tomato sauce, basil and parmesan cheese.  Perfect dish to order as an appetizer and enjoy it with bread and house wine.”

Tiramisu

“Homemade Tiramisu has the perfect amount of sugar and melting creme with the right texture. It accompanies well with coffee or wine.”

Made From Scratch

Owner chef cooks up all of the dishes from scratch. It may take some time for entrees but well worth the wait. Make sure to make a reservation for a party of 4 or more.

Sky Life

From traveling around, we’ve tasted many catering options from around the world and from different chefs. La Cucina’s Italian food and Tiramisu remind me of delicious catering we used to receive in Switzerland. If our wish come true, we’d like to take their food on our catering menu for an inflight meal.
