Slow cooked chicken strew with deep and soothing chicken flavor. Normally served with handful of potatoes and rice cakes. It is served hot pot style on your table. The signature sauce at changes everything. Homemade chili and garlic paste completes the dipping sauce a one of a kind.

“Chicken, tteok-bokki, and potatoes are halfway cooked at the kitchen and arrive with steaming hot soup. Boil the soup some more and they are ready to eat. Fix your dipping sauce while you wait.”

To your perfection

“The owner will show you how to make the dipping sauce the right way using red chilis, soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, and garlic. Add the chives at the end and you are ready to eat the hot Dak Hanmari.”

Warm Yourself Up

Cozy restaurant is the perfect size for snuggling up with your friends and enjoy the Dak Hanmari soup.

The front wall opens up for warm summer time. Owner chef opened up the restaurant a little before opening up when we arrived early. Korean old culture still exists!
