Spaghetti Alle Vongole:

Spaghetti with clams is the original version of pasta.

Simple and aromatic clam juice when cooked with garlic oil s added to the very firm pasta. Seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley.

Bianchi takes it to the next step with additional sea shells such as mussels, and razor clams. It is then added with tomato sauce making this delicious dish somewhere close to soup pasta.

I was surprised with the delicious dishes at Bianchi, which is the reason I made this Sola Kitchen in the first place. I want to know the very good local restaurants when visiting a new city, and this restaurant is the one I’d recommend to all of the travelers
